Post-Disaster Property Loss Claims
The process of filing an insurance claim can be daunting and overwhelming. Especially to those who have never before suffered major property damage. Our public insurance adjusters have years of experience in successfully advocating for policyholders.
We will handle all the details that are involved in submitting your insurance claim, down to the final settlement with your insurance company. With our team of experts working for you, you can be confident that you will receive the full settlement that you are entitled to under the terms of your policy.
Public Adjusters can get you 2-5 times more money on your property damage.
If you are looking for an adjuster to help you with your insurance claim, the difference between an independent insurance adjuster and a public adjuster can be very confusing. The professional roles these two play in the claims process are quite opposite.
Our Expertise
ABOUT US
TIM WOODARD
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
My expertise in evaluating, preparing, and negotiating property damage and business interruption losses has allowed me to guide commercial and residential policyholders successfully through the property insurance claims process. Prior to founding Eclipse Claims Consulting, I was the Senior Vice President and Executive General Adjuster at Jansen/Adjusters International. As an expert in building renovation, repair, and replacement construction and estimation, I specialize in handling large scale commercial and residential losses by identifying all of the coverages that may be applicable to the claim in order to maximize the policy holders financial returns after a devastating property disaster. As an expert in the Xactimate construction estimation software, I believes that the proper valuation of both building and contents damage along with thorough documentation of every aspect of the claim are two of the most important steps I can take when representing the interests of the policyholder. I am currently licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster in 14 states and serve as a board member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA).
I am a frequent speaker on insurance topics at industry and community events, will continue to adjust claims on behalf of the firm’s clients and will also manage the budgets, resources and finances for multiple public adjuster project teams.
